Victorian Garnet & Pearl Festoon Necklace

Circa 1870. This fabulous Victorian festoon necklace features garnet cabochons, green paste stones, and seed pearls set in silver. The smaller links feature a pearl bezel set in an oval link decorated with niello. The large oval links also feature a niello frame that accents the garnet cabochons and the pearl flowers. This piece is a work of wearable art!
